Exams
Gem's Theatre Arts offers exams in ballet, tap, modern and musical theatre from ages 6 and above.
While these exams are optional, they are highly encouraged, as they prepare children for a lifetime of confidence and success.
We follow the ISTD Modern and Tap Syllabus and the RAD Ballet syllabus.
We participate in ISTD modern and tap exams annually, from Primary up to pre-vocational level.
Children are encouraged to take part in small group exams, where they have the opportunity to excel and show off their incredible hard work.
We can proudly say we have a 100% pass rate with the ISTD.
We are very excited to now be able to offer RAD Ballet exams, and the brand new Musical Theatre syllabus as part of our curriculum.
We offer classes from pre-primary to Grade 6.
RAD Registered Teachers are highly trained professionals certified to teach RAD syllabi and enter students for graded and vocational ballet exams. They undergo strict safeguarding checks, ensuring a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment for children of all ages and abilities.
